stay away from this business....they overbook all of their trips and blatantly lie to you and tell you that you are booked for a fishing trip and at the last minute when you have friends in town they try and change the date and also the price that they told you....it is a complete scam!!!!!!!!!!!! mark the shark is a joke.....DO NOT FISH WITH THIS GUY.....THERE ARE SOOOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE FOR GOOD FISHING.....HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIS CLIENTS......THEY ACTUALLY LAUGH AT YOU WHEN THEY SCREWED EVERYTHING UP AND THEN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A LOSER AND HOW MUCH MONEY HE CLAIMS TO MAKE!!!!!! ...read more

I am not even sure this is a legitimate business, but certainly as an alleged provider of travel services, Golden Tours is unsatisfactory. I was told by a timeshare company in Mexico that I had to use this travel agency. Unfortunate. When they told me that they had obtained my reservations, the cost was higher than if I had just booked them myself. The worst part was that I had to fax them a copy of my driver license, credit card, and then complete a handwritten form and fax that to them. They are in the dark ages. The next day, while I was at a conference, they sent me an email to say that the dollar amount was wrong, and I needed to fill out another form. I called them, but they did not help, and they lost the reservations. Then they wanted me to re-book at a higher price, and they needed a new form, and they did not even tell me what the new higher price would be. They should not even be considered as a business, but operate a Mexican scam out of their home. ...read more

This company never told me that they were going to charge me for the ride back from the port. I explained to the staff member that the trip was already paid for. When we got back to the motel the driver blocked me in and would not allow me to leave until he was paid. Extremely bad business and will never use again. ...read more
