Terrible service!!! they shipped the wrong part and have not contacted me back. The call center guy wont help either he just takes orders from the poor sukker who happens to order from these guys. Bought parts and they failed in les than 40K miles. Contacted them and they said sorry 1 year warranty not their problem. Part had not been greased at the factory. Rubber boots are cracking and the outer tie rod ends are bad. Don't waste your money ...read more

I saw an add at the Flyer: $5,000 from any trade in and I called the store to confirm that this was really the case. They told me yes, but you have to buy a car that was worth at least $15.000 I said ok although it was more than I wanted to spend. I went to the store only to learn that: 1) They did not have any cars that cost $15,000 but the least expensive wans were wy over $20.000 and 2) they asking prices were about $4,000 over the blue book value. When I commented the saleperson on this (his name was Carlos) he siad that "This is only a propaganda to get people here. We over more for your car but we ask much more than the car is worth" Needless to say that I walked out of the store and I will never go bach. Terrible service. No morals. ...read more
