I made the mistake of trying to do business with A Present Realty. The broker Ari his words can not be trusted. I dealt with him for about 3 months. I never got a tenant to rent. He constantly try to make you adjust your rent to the low-ball people he bring. The prospective tenants were not qualified to rent, no job verification, or stable establishment. I of course refuse the problem. He do not care. He "ONLY WANT COMMISSION " he is gone and you are stuck with a night-mare tenant. If you rent it yourself, he will harass your tenants to try and get commission from them. WHAT A NO BUSINESS JERK !! Want a PROBLEM call Ari @ A PRESENT REALTY.... ...read more
