The books records are not allowed to be seen. Pastors many of them Will not wk on wk days( their day off) not thats it the common folk day off too. Before you give to GODS work there ask to see the books one of the Pastors did and he was Fired on the spot ! I have been attending Calvary Chapel in Gulf Breeze for the past seven years. It is an awesome church with a very caring pastoral staff. John Spencer is not aloof. He is just a little shy. He teaches from the word of God like no one I have ever heard before, and I am the son of a very capable pastor. If my dad were still alive he would feel the same as I do about Pastor John. If you feel it is hard to connect at Calvary, just fill in the questionaire on the back of the bulletin and drop it in the box. I have been going to Calvary Chapel GB faithful for 10 yrs I tithe --Pastor John & the pastors distant himself from his congregation. The Church has split three times in four years He &the Pastors keep their phone numbers unlisted. If you try to call with a problem His staff refuses to allow you to talk to him, The Staff very seldom return e mails. and phone calls Since they have to go to church Sunday, the staff takes Friday off , half the day on wednesday is off since they go to church on Wednesday, on work day Usually on Saturday The Pastors will not work its their day off, not remembering His flock (it is their day off too) He Pastors Live way above the congregation, and actually make one feel spirtual if you bring up a concern. The church funds itself with $350.fishing trips and $10. hamburgers every cost $$ If one trys to see the books its a no go. The Pastors will admit it is a Busniess.
