Don't rely on what the salespeople tell you. They do not honor their deals. Apparently they are the typical stereo sales house that will tell you anything for a sale. I purchased an expensive guitar from them on ebay. Before the sale they wrote to me, and I quote, ||[]||[]"if you don't like it, pay for return shippng and get it back to us "as-sent" and we refund your purchase price minus shipping. On this one I am so confidant I would waive the restocking fee if you want to return it." ||[]||[]I told them that the sound was too "bright" and wasn't pleased with it. After all, isn't the sound what a guitar is for? Then they refused to accept it without keeping a $225 restocking fee. Is that how you would interpret what they told me? Since we've been using The Cartridge Family, we have saved thousands of dollars in cartridge costs. They are quick, courteous, and efficient. We have purchased several refurbished printers from them that were way more efficient than what we were using. T-Mobile has the WORST reception in Gainesville. I had hardly any bars anywhere. 60 out of 100 calls were dropped or lost. I tried multiple phones and still received the same result. The customer service was excellent and the local store was very friendly and helpful. ...read more
