My husband, son, and I were heading home to Tampa from a UF game when our van broke down at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. Michael Dempsey and mechanic Herb were wonderful to work with. When it looked like we were going to have to spend the night in Gainesville, Michael drove us to the nearest hotel. But Herb kept at it, going past closing time, to find out what was wrong and fix the problem. Michael came BACK to the hotel to get us, and by 9 pm we were heading home. Their dedication to helping us, especially past their normal work day, saved us a $200 hotel bill (homecoming weekend - every hotel was overpriced) and, more importantly allowed us to get home to our pets. ...read more

I took my vehicle to have an oil change. My vehicle was not leaking oil at all until it left this place. After the oil change, I was told I needed $1500.00 worth of repairs. A few days later my vehicle begin leaking oil really heavy..was not doing this prior to me taking my vehicle to this place for a routine oil change. These people will damage your vehicle in back while you are waiting and later pretend you have had problems and produce an astronomical amount of money to get it fix. Rip off. I can tell them this...you will not be getting $1500.00 from me nor my family or friends business any more!!! You can count on that...!!! ...read more
