I have rented from Kayla since 2013 and just renewed my lease for another year. Kayla is a wonderful landlady! She is quick to respond whenever there is a problem and takes care of it right away. She is very respectful and easy to work with. I appreciate when she informs me of weather conditions and checks to ensure the home is secure.
