Sound Ideas

1.0

By Grizzlybare at Yellowbook

Don't rely on what the salespeople tell you. They do not honor their deals. Apparently they are the typical stereo sales house that will tell you anything for a sale. I purchased an expensive guitar from them on ebay. Before the sale they wrote to me, and I quote, ||[]||[]"if you don't like it, pay for return shippng and get it back to us "as-sent" and we refund your purchase price minus shipping. On this one I am so confidant I would waive the restocking fee if you want to return it." ||[]||[]I told them that the sound was too "bright" and wasn't pleased with it. After all, isn't the sound what a guitar is for? Then they refused to accept it without keeping a $225 restocking fee. Is that how you would interpret what they told me? I didn't see it that way either. Beware. ...read more

The Cartridge Family

5.0

By Anonymous

Since we've been using The Cartridge Family, we have saved thousands of dollars in cartridge costs. They are quick, courteous, and efficient. We have purchased several refurbished printers from them that were way more efficient than what we were using. I would tell anyone that is buying from these large retail stores that they should be buying from The Cartridge Family. They will be amazed at how much money they save. ...read more

Now,Sony’s recent Android-basedTablet Sis jumping in with support for Playstation 3 DualShock controllers.According to Engadget , the added feature came by way of a firmware update andTablet Sowners in Japan are already getting down with DualShocks and Playstation games from the Android Playstation Store. Now that the Playstation Network has made its way to Android devices DualShock controller support seems like a no-brainer onSony’s part and it’s nice to see it finally happening. To get thetabletto recognize the controller you’ll have to physically connect it with an additional adapter. However, tabletgamers will only have to do this the first time they try to connect the controller with the tablet. After that you should be good to go.Sadly, there’s no word on when or if DualShock support will ever make it to Tablet S units outside of Japan and Sony’s other tablet, the dual-screened Tablet P, doesn’t look like its getting DualShock support at all. When we hear more (which we hope happens soon) we’ll be sure to fill you in. ...read more
