I ordered 2 mirrors from another glass company on Monday. I was only going to be in Florida until Friday morning. They told me it would be ready on Wednesday, and if it was done earlier they would call me. I called them on Wednesday morning. The technicians had already gone out and my order had not been cut. She said the earliest they would have it finished would be late afternoon. Again, I called at 4pm and the technician had not come back and my order still had not been cut. I called Beach Glass and Mirror and Tony said he would have my order for me the following morning at 9am. True to his word, he called me at 8:50am to let me know I could pick them up. And, even better than all of that, he gave me a fantastic price. I bought the 1/4" mirror for almost the same price the other store quoted for the 1/8"! I've taken my car to Valvoline for 10 years for oil changes. This time I thought I'd dry Rick Johnson for a $10.99 oil change - with synthetic blend - wow! What a deal - right?! It started leaking immediately. I could smell burnt oil. I took it back within 3 days (after I had a big puddle of oil on my garage floor).....they told me that they overfilled it and that they would "clean it up"......2 weeks later it is still leaking oil and smelling. From what I've read here - I'm not even going back to complain. I'm going back to Valvoline (which is much further from my home) and have it done right. I'm so sorry I ever pulled into Rick's lot.
