The BEST decision I ever made was to join The Training Box! I have seen amazing results in just the first 12 weeks, that I never saw from going to the gym for the past 5 years! Not only is it the best work out I have ever done, but the mental release it provides is beyond anything I could of asked for or expected. The coaches and staff are so friendly and welcoming, you feel like you are among great friends. You WILL LOVE the Training Box!! I've seen amazing results in the last 2+ years I've been doing crossfit at TB...I'm stronger than ever before and have been in the best shape of my life!.
