We have visited your Hancock Bridge location numerous times in the past and upon leaving the facility this evening, we were very surprised by the vile profanity and language that was being used by a young woman with long blond hair at the receptionist counter. It appeared that she was in a conversation with two other employees and one of the two young ladies was wearing pony tail and a black shirt. I could not clearly hear what the other two were saying.
