Jim Phillips is the owner and does a fantastic job of not only obtaining the best stones he can find, but also a better selection than anyone else in town. Jim's Master Jeweler is Rick, he is the best and the most talented in town. Repairs are made on the premises and does not need to be sent out, which I like. Jim's right hand man is Gene. He can tell you anything and everything you want to know about any of the stones, their history, etc., and takes over when Jim cannot be in the office. These are a great group of guys that are a pleasure to work with, always a smile on their faces, and will spend any amount of time it takes to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
