Booked them for a special occassion 3 weeks ahead of time, they never called or followed up when they said they would, I called them.The night of my event a very nice driver from another company showed up and said Island Limo's limosine broke down.After the first pick up I had 6 people in the car and the new limo company started renegotiating prices!!!!!!Island limo didn't call me to tell me there was a switch and I should not have had to haggle with them! The saving grace was our driver who was professional and a great guy.I would not trust this company or recommend them to anyone. ...read more

Being a return customer, I called the agent Wendy and was told there was one unit left and it would be taken off of the market and held for my family. I requested my father, visit the unit and provide a deposit. Upon visiting the unit, he said I will take it. Unfortunately, the agent sent her husband to the showing and when my father tried to provide the deposit check, he was asked to wait and go to the rental office. Shortly thereafter, Wendy called my father and told him the unit had been rented out from under her. Wendy began to apologize and explain that it was her boss who removed the hold and rented it. I provided 1 week at Wendy’s request to solve this issue, however, their solution was to offer me a different rental property miles away. Wendy’s tone also changed saying that she did not feel that I was treated improperly. I am not sure what they consider to be proper, but being deceived and then given the run around is not what I would consider proper treatment. ...read more
