Very poor service and public relations. The phone constantly has a full mail box and it is almost impossible to contact them.I paid to have them ship a bicycle and it is now 12 days later. The bike has not been delivered and I still cannot make phone contact to find out what is going on. ...read more

2nd annual SJC Boxing Gym Open House and Fundraiser
The 2nd Annual SJC Boxing Gym Open House and Fundraiser is set for Saturday and Sunday, January 7&8, 2012 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM, each day. The internationally known gym has trained boxers from 63 different countries, produced 10 professional world champions and numerous amateur champions. Press conferences from the gym have been broadcast internationally, movie and television scenes have been filmed in the gym, but more importantly the gym has helped the youth of Soutwest Florida to help themselves and their are many success stories to share. The SJC Boxing Gym, Inc. was set up as a 501(c)3 organization in 1992 by Florida Hall of Fame trainer Steve Canton. The purpose of the Open House is to raise funds for the amateur program, to increase awareness and illustrate the importance of the programs offered, and to expose new people to the benefits that SJC Boxing provides. In additon, the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame will be announcing the new inductees for the Class of 2012, on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM, to the world-wide media and all in attendance from the boxing gym. There will be refreshments, door prizes, and a 50/50 raffle each day. Members of the SJC Boxing Team will be present to meet everyone and to work out. There will be videos to watch of SJC Boxers in action. Hall of Fame trainer Angelo Dundee, former heavyweight world champion Pinklon Thomas, John Russell (trainer of Buster Douglas) and many other VIP guests will be in attendance, lending their support, signing autographs, taking pictures and meeting everyone who comes by.
