I bought a racquet at this store and used it only once before it cracked. Since it was a Babolat and I have had them in the past, I knew the company would replace the racquet. So I brought the racquet back to the store for the store owner, Jeff, to send it back to Babolat. After WEEKS! of calling to find out what happened to my racquet, I was finally given some form letter that said the company was not going to replace my racquet because it was broken because of abuse. I knew I didn't hit my racquet so I was very upset with Babolat (at first) until I talked to friends who had also tried to return racquets through the store and got the SAME letter...VERBATIM! We believe that the store is taking these racquets, returning them, getting new ones and selling them instead of giving them back to the customers who returned them.
