Windsor Jet does not deserve a single star. Our company reserved a Charter aircraft, paid $45,000.00 to Windsor Jet and after the family with their children arrived at the airport waiting for the Jet to arrive, we received an email the flight was canceled. We spent the next several hours attempting to reach anyone by phone or email at Windsor Jet with no luck. They did not call us or respond to our emails. We had to run them down after hours of calling and they spent the day avoiding us. I would never use this company as their plan seemed to be a bait and switch. They charged us a reasonable price for a GIV but then after canceling the GIV, they offered us a smaller jet for several thousand dollars more than the GIV. They certainly should not be trusted and I would not feel safe in an aircraft operated or provided by Windsor Jet. They should be closed down in the Charter Industry and I will report them to the NBAA and Better Business Bureau. Don't use the company. The second day was a repeat of the first day. No one would answer the phone to assist us with the problem they created. It seemed they planned to keep our money and for us to go away.
