This is a honest customer review - I purchase a set of super duty headlamps back in 5/2016 - the right side headlight started to fog each and every time it rains or I wash my truck . I dealt with this issue for several months before making a warranty claim with this company which has the worst customer service in the automotive lighting business . I was instructed to take 3pictures of the fog light ,a picture of there ID logo seal . I did everything that was requested by them . I was told by the customer service rep that he was forwarding all over to the warranty department and that I would hear from them via email in 24hrs . I waited 48hrs got no email at which time I contacted them again . Spoke with another sales agent whom assured me that the issue would be taken care of and that they would send me another light and that there was no need to return the defected one - he also added that they would be sending me two free replacement bulbs for my unconvince. This same guy stated I would hear from the warranty department ( no I'm truly believing they don't have a warranty department and really just screw customers ) and that I would only have to pay $15.00 for shipping . This guy promised me that the issue would be taken care ( which was a straight lie ) . I waited another 3-4 days before calling this terrible company back again . I spoke with another guy , who ask for more pictures - at this time I've had enough of there unethical business BS . I purchased there so call premium line lights that were to have great warranty solving service ( which is a straight LIE !!!!!!!! Do your self a favor and buy oem ,even if here more expensive . You'll save your self in the end . I wouldn't buy a single A power flashlight from these guys . ...read more

They will charge you $30 to return a product. So if you do want to return product be sure to damage it first then you will get a full refund. Will never buy from again and would give 0 stars if I could! ...read more

Imagine having to dismantle the front end of your vehicle to install new headlamp assemblies. Then after re- assembly, they don't work and cause other electrical issues, which requires dis-assembly and the purchase of new OEM assemblies. The bulbs in the aftermarket assemblies are different from OEM anyway. So trying to replace bulbs is trial and error. The customer service is worse than non existent. They are short and abrupt, and hang up on you. This has been an EXPENSIVE lesson. Don't go near these guys. . ...read more

Meineke shop that helped me this evening
I would like to thank the two gentlemen from your Meineke shop that helped me this evening. Please see below: I called the Meineke shop located at12585 West Sunrise Blvd.FORT LAUDERDALE,FL 33323at approximately 7:20 pm today June 18th, 2010 (this was the second car care place I called that was listed on the GPS, the first place asked what the problem was and then told me that they were closed already). I had located the shop from my GPS device. I was traveling from out of town and my Tahoe told me that the coolant was low. I had no idea what that meant, but after looking it up on my cell phone, I found out that I should not take off the cap and that it would need to be filled soon after the car cooled. There was a really really bad storm and I was already scared to drive. When I called Meineke the man on the line informed me that they were closed, but he must have heard the panic in my voice and he told me to come in anyway, so he could look at the car. He told me just to honk when I pulled in and that he would open up a bay for me. I was only about a block way but due to the heavy downpour and flooding it took me over ten minutes to arrive. Once I arrived, there were two men that very kindly popped the hood and located the problem. I asked several questions and they answered without annoyance and then quickly filled the car with coolant. It took all of five minutes, but really meant a lot to me. Both men told me that it was no problem and when I offered to pay they said no charge and sent me on my way. I was unsure if I could pull out of the bay because the Taho was at an angle, one of the men offered to pull out the truck and did so in the pouring rain. They probably thought I was silly not knowing what the heck coolant was, but they were helpful none-the-less. I was grateful for all of the help and do not know what I would have done, as I had my two young children in the back seat who were already frightened from the storm, and I needed to head across the alley back home to Cape Coral. I wanted to be sure to not let this go unnoticed and also say that I do not normally handle anything to do with the car other than driving and occasionally gassing it, but I will be sure to use Meineke again soon. I will also be sure to tell my friends and maybe post it on Facebook.....lol. I never did get either man's name, but wanted to be sure they were recognized for going out of their way and staying to help me.
