Represented myself after another attorney fleeced me for 12,000$ while doing nothing except making the case worse. Judge Gates gave the attorney/plaintiff exactly what she asked for, maximum judgement, hundreds of thousands of dollars while she presented no evidence.... just said it was so. Refused to allow our evidence, violated civil and constitutional law and rights, over rode a federal courts decision......all because he "just didn't like me" cause I was a pro se litigant. He acts annoyed, disinterested, and just generally could care less about true justice.. Too lazy to write his own findings so copied the plaintiff's closing argument verbatim . Made me apologize on line and remove comments but the other attorney who wrote lies and horrible comments was allowed, of course, to keep hers posted. He is truly why judges get a bad rep which isn't fair as there are good honest unbiased ones out there but the ONLY thing honorable about Gates is the title not the actions or courtroom decisions. He should be removed and should think about who's life he's ruining. We are under appeal which really ticks him off so he continues to do everything he can to aid the other side.
