CLEVER MARKETING FOR REALTORS Recently we had a young whippersnapper stop by our showroom looking for “cool stuff.” He let me know he was a cutting edge realtor and really loved to try unusual types of marketing. “I need to stand out and I do that with different types of marketing.” He also mentioned that he needed to update his business card as he was switching offices. “I would love to get a house shape business card but I know that it is out of my budget.” I asked him why he thought that. He said he had been told they were crazy expensive. Here is my response to him and to all who have not tried some types of marketing because of fear. Fear of price or any fear for that matter stifles your growth! Times change and fortunately full color costs have come down tremendously making full color business cards now less expensive than even one color business cards.
