Rude, unprofessional and does not value the customers. She charges for photo session & does not tell you that it's a PHOTO SESSION ONLY. Session does not provide the digital copies for you unless you purchase one of the packages. Customer service is terrible, we encountered an issue with a package that was supposed to be shipped to us and my wife and I were the ones who had to deal with all the stress, hassle and inconvenience of tracking even after USPS said the shipper/merchant should have contacted first to assure product to be delivered. After asking Dara Bling Photography about the product, they responded with "check the post office, track your package." Paying a high amount, you'd expect the photographer would be pro-active with the product and with the customers. Only when filing disputes and complaints with no product delivery or anything dealing with money is when the photographer decided to step in to ask us the questions about why we filed a dispute and told us to "check the post office and track the package" again rather than them checking it out for themselves. No attention to detail as well, was told by photographer they would remove a hand in a photo, but instead crops it out and still visible. Told the photographer and they did it in a few minutes (poorly) and sent it back. Photographer did not send any of the holiday photos unless we asked for it. When paying via paypal, they requested to provide our shipping address for the album, after a few days after the payment, photographer still asks us what address we want to send it to.
