Understanding Surrogacy

IVF is the procedure done in Surrogacy. It is a procedure inAssisted Reproduction Technologythat involves fertilizing an egg-cell outside the body, in a laboratory dish, containing culture media, and implant in a woman’s uterus. Participants 1.Intended parents with infertility problem—either single partner or both partners having infertility condition 2.Carrier  3.Egg donor or sperm donor if required Enrollment of surrogate & gamete donor A commercial surrogate and/or egg donor is enrolled from the donor/surrogate profiles, available with ART bank, that have listed details on– Health, height, BMI, race & qualified pre-screening at reproductive health parameters. Surrogacy Contract 1). A defined surrogacy contract provides you exact details at various conditions and terms during the IVF & surrogacy therapy: The billing-details, Conduct of IPs, ART clinic and surrogate during enrollment & surrogacy, iii.        Formalities medical testing, ART treatment, required to be completed during treatment, Exit Visa formalities for happy-travel-back, are normally taken-care by ART facility. 2). The surrogacy contract is routed through services of registered notarized legal attorney, engaged, to take care of legal guidelines and requirements in the treatment. 3). The IPs coordinates with gynecologist & IVF specialist, during the IVF, to take care of the medical procedure & tests during the infertility treatment. Treatment duration The treatment duration in IVF may depend upon a variety of factor including The selection of ART clinic and registration on IVF-treatment, The selection and availability of surrogate or egg donor, iii.        Synchronization of the cycle of egg donor and surrogate with IPs female partner, Isolation of the gamete cells and IVF fertilization step to produce embryo, Implant of embryo, thus produced in uterine cavity or womb & completion of full term pregnancy. Blogging Into Home Care

After going to the Florida Home Care Association's yearly conference, I was confronted with just how out of the loop I am when it comes to the newest trends in business. This was very disturbing to me, as I like to consider myself a pretty up-to-date, cool guy. Until two weeks ago the term "Social Media Marketing" meant nothing to me. Of course, now I realize this is the modern day elixir for business growth. I am a workshop junkie, so of course when I returned from the conference my energy level was back up and through the roof, I turned to my office manager and said, "We have a lot of work to do!" Very quickly we were navigating our way through website after website adding our info to the pathways of the Internet, linking us to all the leading sites. After all that, I was very happy with what we had accomplished in a small amount of time. There was still one task left to do, though, and it was my assignment.  "The Blog". Yes, the dreaded blog. How? What? How prolific should this be?  To answer these questions I went to the local Barnes and Noble, only to be more embarrassed that there was an entire section dedicated to "Social Media Marketing." "Man, I am a dinosaur", was my first thought. The research began and I was on a quest to publish the best blog in history.  I didn't realize that this history existed, but that didn't stop me.  The information was flowing and was, at times, overwhelming. The long and short of it is this: all of the resources I went to told me to write about a "passion." I struggled over the entire July 4th holiday weekend thinking of a topic that stirs a passion in me.    Thoughts popped up like, "My time in ICU"; "Hospice at its finest"; and "My favorite patients".   These are good, but they are more like short stories bordering on a miniseries. You know something small, starring, small actors like Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep, Kathy Bates and, of course, Jack Nicholson as my favorite patient. Is this too much? The excitement subsided and I was left with the light inside me.The above titles share a common denominator -- it is the sick, frail and lonely. This is why I am here! Eighteen years ago I embarked on a journey to tend to and care for you. Over the years I have seen you, touched you, held you when you cried, cleaned you when you couldn't, laughed, and rejoiced in happiness with you. Through times of anguish I helped to carry the burden for you. I found my passion: you, the patient. In this digital information age a new way to reach you has been added to my repertoire. Assisting you through prose, a blog. This blog will be here for you to ask questions, receive information, learn about people, scream if need be, (just always be respectful of others and please no profanity, sexual content, etc.) Allow my team of professionals to show how we can care for you in your home, whether that be in an assisted living, Long term care facility or your personal residence, through your time of need. We will continue to be here, the lamp will always be burning here at MSN HomeCare. All the Best, John A. Riley, RN Lic 299993197 ...read more
