I needed a quote on a bunch of awards, fast! Working with Brenda was awesome! She communicated via phone and e-mail quickly and effectively; got me the quote I needed as soon as possible; placed my order; got me invoices and receipts quickly and via e-mail which meant keeping paper usage low and tracked everything efficiently! I have been going to this shop for over three years and can not say enough about Rob and his staff. My wife and I took up bowling three years ago with a local league and went to Lou's. Rob spent a lot of time with us on the different types of bowling ball and weights. We picked our bowling ball and then after a month we where not doing to well so we called Rob. He said he could meet us at the alley and see how we were throwing. Long story short our scores and averages went way up over the next month, over 40 pins for me, and we have recommended his store time and time again to anyone that needs bowling services.\t\nAlso last year we put on a golf tournament in Jupiter and used Lou?s for all our trophies and they had a wide selection with a great price and right on time with no problems.\t\nRob is a big help to us and I recommend everyone to try him. He never tried to over sell us, I wanted a new ball very expensive, and he told me why I did not need it. Where have you heard that before?
