I saw reviews in google about Step N Dance Salsabor Tropical, So I decided to go and try them out, and I'm glad I did. Everything I read in the reviews was true. The instructors are very professional, making sure you are learning every step and having fun at the same time. I like the fact that everyone is friendly even the people taking the classes, awesome experience. They do deliver, as they say "Step N Dance can teach anyone to dance" it's true. I didn't know I was going to love Salsa dancing so much, but I truely believe is because everyone at Step N Dance has made it so much fun. I go to dance classes 3 to 4 times a week because I use the dancing as a form of excercise and stress reliever. Would I recommend Step N Dance? Yes, 100% ... you not only will learn to dance but you will meet new friends, excersice, and release the stress from the everyday life as you do the dance classes. ...read more

We had a terrible experience with Performance Edge. Our daughter started ballet classes on Aug 19, 2013. At first, her teacher seemed knowledgeable but disciplined. Over the months, disciplined turned to verbal abuse. It got worse because he waited too late to start teaching the girls their routine before their May recital. When a bunch of 7-12 year old girls couldn’t learn the dance as quickly as he needed them to because of his poor planning he was ruthless. Even though the owner sits 10 feet from the ballet studio, she says that she was unaware of this poor treatment of the girls by the instructor. She waited until 3 weeks before the recital to fire the instructor and things spun out of control. There were 3 different instructors, 3 weeks in a row. None of them knew the routine and tried to add their own little twists to the choreography. This induced more confusion and stress on the girls. Finally, on the night of the dress rehearsal, the staff that would not allow the parents backstage to help with the girls, lost track of our daughter and she missed the dress rehearsal. She was allowed to go to the bathroom and while she was gone, the staff took the other girls from backstage to on stage and didn’t account for all of the girls. When confronted, the owner said that it was ok that she missed her dress rehearsal and she could just dance cold the next night. For me, this was the last straw in a 6-month trend of mismanagement and poor treatment by the staff and owners. The only thing my daughter learned from Performance Edge was how to hate dance. You combine this with drink specials and a good looking spot and what you get is a designated venue you will want to come back to again and again.
