A month ago my neighbor was moving. They went with the company, Father and Son. Later on that day I called Mary (My neighbor) a few days ago with how her move went. She spoke highly about them. I was moving soon, So I decided to give the company a call just to get rates. Once I called, I spoke to a guy name Joe. I explained that I had a 5 bedroom house and had a lot to move. I was moving from Fort Lauderdale to Naples. He decided he would come out personally. He took his time and wrote down what needed to be moved and explained to me that his men would wrap, pad, box etc. Joe than gave me a flat rate with what I thought was a great price and couldnt turn down. Moving day arrived. Three men showed up around seven in the morning. The men quickly started doing what was needed. They seemed to communicate very well with each making sure not to damage or break anything. They continued without taking a break which surprised me. I offered them water and a chance to rest but they wanted to work through. Once they followed me to my new house. I decided to buy them lunch and they took their break. They quickly finished and began working again. They unloaded the truck and with everything they brought in they asked me where I would like each thing to be. They set up my entire bedroom, living room, etc. I never felt uncomfortable nor worried with how everything was going to turn out. Their truck was now unloaded and my house was already half setup. When moving in the past I have always done it myself but with how everything went, I will always use this company. I mistakenly rated 1 star before and this company deserves more than what I can put in my opinion. Very impressed! This is my second time using Progressive Moving. I had moved from Pompano Beach to West Palm. I had good working team, very friendly, courteous and on time. I appreciate how they were careful with our furniture and belongings.
