Sundek by Gold Coast Surfaces, Inc.\r\nRe-surfaced our pool deck with workers who appeared to have no experience; washed old decking material and stones into the pool. The day after leaving the site, our filter system failed - after being run for 2 days trying to filter out the debris left by the "resurfacing" crew. Left us with a $400.00 cost to repair the filter system, not counting the days of finding and pulling stones out of the pool; vehicles left oil stains on our paver driveway.\r\nPresident/Director inspected the site and the filters, and, in spite of security camera documentation, and before/after pictures, refused to accept any criticism or responsibility; attitude = "tough luck". ...read more
