I needed someone who could talk fluent shovel-head and was directed to West End Cycle by 2 different motorcycle dealers. When I got to the shop I found the manager (Ron), easy to talk to and attentive to what I wanted done. I very much liked the time given me, even though I realize time is money, I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door or that there wasn't time for my questions. As far as the shop bill goes...when I saw how much needed to be done on my bike, and both Ron and Will were patient to explain what was wrong and the process needed to repair it, I was DEFINITELY glad I was steered in the right direction. I bought my first scooter from Pompano Pat’s in DeLand back in March of 2010 it was a used 150 cc scooter, I had no credit and could not come up with the balance of the money, but I needed some form of transportation to get back and forth to work now. They managed to get me some financing and I rode my scooter home that day, I am now in the process of buying my second bike from Pompano Pats DeLand, a NEW 250 cc this time.
