Sue was the best -- more than willing to deliver same day to location about 5 mins away from them when I called at 1 p.m. Had first called Crystal River Florist, which is probably even closer, but unfriendly, indifferent phone person said, "drivers leave at 1" and offered no additional info or seeming concern about getting my business.
