Dr. Fail, I mean, Dr. Frable would not see my wife while she was pregnant. She was told that she had to refer all medical problems to the OB/GYN. Unfortunately, they only specialize in pregnancy and other female only problems. We were forced to go to a walk-in clinic just to be seen! Now we are stuck with a $600 hospital bill (the walk-in clinic had to refer us!) but our HMO won't cover it until Dr Fail, I mean, Frable give us a referral! Their response? "Well, you didn't see us, so we can't give the referral." BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T SEE HER YOU DIMWITS!! ...read more

By Frustrated Patient

Dr. Frable and his ARNP are very good, but they need to fire their billing office staff. They do not understand, nor care to take the time to learn, how to deal with PPO's or any other type of insurance that is not the typical "State of Florida HMO" plan--they have messed up our billing every time we have had an appointment, which costs us a LOT of extra money out of our pocket. As a network provider, all they have to do is call the insurance company to ask how much to charge for our in-network visit, and we will pay it! But the office manager states "We're too busy to do that!" It's a little office in rural Crawfordville, not downtown Atlanta! If we pay more than the insurance company allows for a procedure, it will NOT get applied to our deductible and we do NOT get a refund, so it is IMPORTANT to act like a billing office and make the appropriate calls to the insurance company for the patient. Unless you have the State of FL HMO, I would recommend you find another doctor. ...read more

Walk on your Clean Dry Crapets when we leave!

Did you know that using steam and water creates wet back and breaks down you carpet backing that allows your carpet to stretch and wear down?  HOST(tm) restores your carpet, keeps them new and feeling like the day you had them intalled.  Here's some other facts: Environmentally Preferable Non-toxic Saves water Saves energy 100% plant-based Safe for children and pets HOST Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaner is a soft, natural product that is environmentally friendly and works in much the same way as an ordinary kitchen sponge. Just like you would use a sponge to wipe up a spill, or to wash and absorb dirt from a counter or wall, HOST is used to wash and absorb dirt from your carpet fibers. As with using a kitchen sponge, you want to limit the amount of water you use while cleaning. Think of the carpet pile as a vertical surface, like a wall. If you use too much liquid, it will run down the yarn toward the carpet backing, just as too much liquid runs down a wall. If you allow this dissolved dirt to run down the backing, it can be more difficult to remove and can wick back. Because HOST is a dry carpet cleaning system it carries the liquid ingredients to the carpet fibers in a controlled way. The soft, organic, natural HOST SPONGES contain all the necessary liquid to dissolve and absorb both water based and oil based dirt. It's moistened with water, detergent and a small amount of safe solvent. And because HOST is a low moisture cleaning system, when you're finished cleaning, the carpet is dry and ready to use immediately. Chemical and mechanical action is required to break the oil bond and pull the dirt away from the carpet fibers. Then this loosened dirt must be removed. HOST is formulated to dissolve both types of dirt and then to absorb it. HOST cleaning doesn't leave a sticky residue to cause rapid resoiling. A trace of SPONGES may remain in the carpet after vacuuming but it is not abrasive or harmful. This trace amount of SPONGES will be removed with subsequent vacuumings. Think about this for a moment: if a wet carpet cleaner extracts dirty water from a carpet, but the carpet is still wet, is the water left in the carpet clean or dirty? Now consider cleaning your carpet green and dry with HOST: No wet carpet Environmentally preferred Spots won't come back Carpet stays cleaner longer Lifts matted carpet pile Removes dust mites, mold and other allergens Safe for children and pets Safe for all carpets, even Orientals and sisal Indoor Air QualityCarpet provides the healthful role of filtering the air. It traps and holds soil, dust and allergens. The vertical pile of carpet traps and holds many times its weight in small particles, including dust and allergens, that enter into the indoor environment and descend onto it from above. Substantial research suggests carpet does not release these elements back into the air. However, just as it is important to clean or replace a furnace or HVAC filter, it's important to routinely clean the carpets. The HOST System of applying HOST Dry Carpet Cleaner to the carpet, brushing it through the carpet and then vacuuming up the HOST Dry Carpet Cleaner removes dirt and reduces allergens. Research studies have shown that one cleaning with the HOST System using HOST Machines reduces: Dust mites by 78%, Dust Mite Allergen by 75%, Cat Allergen by 85%, Mold Spores by 85%. This research has been peer reviewed and was one of only 500 papers worldwide accepted for presentation at the Sixth International Conference on Indoor Air Quality and the Environment in Helsinki, Finland.University laboratory tests prove HOST is not a food for dust mites. In 1995 and 1996 several homes, with a cat in residence for at least one year, were studied for the presence of cat allergens and the effects of HOST Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning in reducing them. The study established that cat allergens (dander, hair and saliva) in carpet can be decreased 85% with a single HOST Dry Extraction Cleaning of carpet; a second cleaning reduces the number of these allergens to even lower levels. This study was presented at the Seventh International IAQ Conference in Nagoya, Japan, July 1996.Mold&Mold; Spores Also Dramatically Reduced with One HOST CleaningMold spores travel with wind current and are deposited on all indoor and outdoor surfaces.
