I personally would not of gave them one star. I spent 2hours opening accounts and cds for my kids. 1week later they sent me a certified letter, giving me 10days to remove my money. when i went to the bank,to see what there problem was, I was informed even though i gave them certified checks from another bank, because i own a motel, and live there. it was not acceptable to them. I informed them i live directly on the river front,why indeed would i not live there. I removed my money immediatly, but believe this, they said my kids cds could remain there. not likely!!
