I had to have an MRI for some back problems that have been bothering me for years. When I got to Clermont Radiology, the girl at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Because I am so claustrophobic, my doctor said they have a machine that I may be able to use. It was so good because I have needed an MRI for a long time but could never get one because of my claustrophobia. The MRI tech was incredible and the place itself was very beautiful. I went here to do my xray. This is the 3rd time that I visited this merchant when I finally decided to do it because everytime I went here,there are a lot of customers waiting but I was told that there's no need to make an appointment for such test. I wonder that this might be a good place to go but I was wrong. This 3rd time I came, I was one of the 3 patients waiting because it was still early but to my dismay I ended up waiting 2 hours before my test was done. They do the procedures with appointment first but why they don't allow appointments for other tests and let those without appointments wait for a long time when a patient with appointment comes?Their system sucks! This is not a good place to have your tests done! It's better to travel a little distance to other radiologist for a time than to wait this long for a simple test to be done without any warning from the staffs.I would never recomment this to others! ...read more
