Let me just say that this lady is very unprofessional. After finding a house to rent and signing a contract with her all things were moving forward. She requested a credit check and proof of income from me and my girlfriend and after providing the information to her she continued to come up with excuses about our employment and income. This lady makes assumptions that have no merit whatsoever.First she said my girlfriends income was ok and that I needed another another tax return because my didn't show enough income. She then made once again another assumption and told my girlfriend that my house that I own and rent out was in foreclosure.I called her and spoke to her about this and her exact words to me were that when someone owns a home and then rents they usually are in forclosure.I said how dare she make such an assumption.I then told her that I sent her the correct tax return but would send her another one and that was all we needed to rent the house. After doing this she then started saying how my girlfriends income and job was not verifiable(at first my girlfriends income was good) and when my girlfriend who works for a very well known doctor in Palm Harbor,Fl told her she has proof with all deposited checks and that she can give her a letter of employment as well as can call him,Heather McCrickards response was anyone can have a friend makeup a letter. This lady verified that we have paid our rent on time with our current landlord with Burton Carol Management a company that manages numerous property and are very strict and she continued to make excuses. She then my mortgage on my house showed late on the payment history.I said thats not correct and that my mortgage is paid on time and where does she get that information and she said it shows that in 2010.I said to her we are in 2015 and her response was I only have information for back then and not current. This went on and on.I am 52 years old and have excellent credit and so does my girlfriend.I own a home, brand new car, paid off two motorcycles and a car and have a 795 beacon score. To make this whole thing laughable is that the house we were trying to rent was built in 1954,has outdated appliances, aportable dishwasher that you have to hook up to the sing faucet,a stove right out of The Brady Bunch, wornout terrazzo floors, smelly carpet in the back patio room, etc.I warn everyone to please be very scepital when renting a house from her or her employer (Premis Realty) who I called to report her and they only backed her up.They are quick to take your application fee and make false assumptions that once again have no merit and are unethical. Please avoid her and Premis Realty (aka) Professional Real Estate Management & Investment Services Inc.at all costs and spare yourself what we have been put through. ...read more

AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY AT ANY COST! Angie is running business trying to confuse customers and milk them for money. She sounds very rude. After we returned from vacation, I found that she charged my card for an additional $19.34 without my authorization, request or explanation. The charge description in my statement says that it was for TAXI CABS/LIMOUSINES. However, I paid $40 CASH for airport pick up and $40 CASH for airport drop off as per her email request. I have tried to reach her, but to no avail. Although I made a reservation for a super deal car(ad-wrapped car) for $99/week as it was advertised on the web site, I ended up paying around $190/week for 10 years old car! I am very frustrated with the service, quality of the car and prices!!! After reading of several 5-stars fake reviews I thought I would get the best deal with this local company, but I ended up with the worst service I have ever had! ...read more

I had a mold issue within the master bathroom took OVER 45 days (they had to redoentire bathroom) took forever to come do assessment. I pd advanced rent only to receive a eviction notice the nxt month that was already previously paid for. 3rd when I moved in there was trash nasty grill propane tanks left outside 3 lrg bottles used motor oil inside garage along w other empty bottles of chemical (all trash). I move out they charge stuff that is noted on move in sheet they acknowledge it was there after fighting they only refunded a portion. On top of that they will charge for maintenance the owners are responsible for such as the ac handler. Then I had a damaged closet door that was discovered right when I was doing final walk through, the broker (owner Sue Humphreys) said turn in the keys they would contact me before they do repair never did they until there was a bill .. thankful I had money to hire a attorney. I REFUSE to be their next victim as I know my rights and laws BEWARE!!!! ...read more

No more lost money. The other local companies take up to two weeks to pay you, PREMIS gets it done in a week and my money is never lost in the mail. The best part is that they are on top of both my units to ensure everything is handled quickly and efficiently. ...read more

I have a home I hired them to manage. They chose a family that had obvious financial issues they were in foreclosure. They never funded my rent on time even if the tenant did pay on time. They avoided my calls when I would call to inquire about the rent payment. When I became furious with their incompetence and lack of communication they just passed me on to another management person in their office. The wife passed me to the husband then to to their mom...what kind of business is that??? I followed their advice they are the pros right? Yet they continually passed the management responsibility to me. I hired this company because I don't have time to dedicate to property management. I have rented to several tenants in the past and never had any major problems, It is just more time than I have to dedicate to my investment property now. I decided to hire a management company, This is the worst experience with rentals I have ever had. The tenants destroyed my house and the mom Susan called and said "It is a trash out and clean" a term she is TOO familiar with!!! It means we have to take loads and loads of trash out...there were maggots everywhere, dirty diapers, beer bottles and cans, flies.... I have gotten three estimates for cleaning the house. Two companies said they could not do the job and recommended I call a disaster clean up company. The other said it would take about 3 days with a 2 person team and they will charge $96.dollars per hour.. $2400. They just walked away, they did not care because they got paid They avoided contact with my lawyer, I asked them to forward the renters info to my lawyer...they couldn't pick up a phone book or look on the internet for the #...they said they had it but couldn't find it... completely incompetent! This is unfortunately one of those services that once you find out that they cant do their jobs you are in a contract and stuck til it's over!!! the year of hell is over for me! This company cannot manage a property. good luck ...read more
