I had a mold issue within the master bathroom took OVER 45 days (they had to redoentire bathroom) took forever to come do assessment. I pd advanced rent only to receive a eviction notice the nxt month that was already previously paid for. 3rd when I moved in there was trash nasty grill propane tanks left outside 3 lrg bottles used motor oil inside garage along w other empty bottles of chemical (all trash). I move out they charge stuff that is noted on move in sheet they acknowledge it was there after fighting they only refunded a portion. On top of that they will charge for maintenance the owners are responsible for such as the ac handler. Then I had a damaged closet door that was discovered right when I was doing final walk through, the broker (owner Sue Humphreys) said turn in the keys they would contact me before they do repair never did they until there was a bill .. thankful I had money to hire a attorney. I REFUSE to be their next victim as I know my rights and laws BEWARE!!!!
