Didn't get anywhere with this outfit thru Pinellas Health Plan. Basically they are just ripping off the County and tax payers by billing the County for office visits. I was sent to 4 different doctors who all told me the same thing - why - so Best Care and their Dr friends can bill the county. THEY DID NOTHING! More over the office staff at Best Care is incompetent - and rude. One girl Heather - sent my URGENT file 3 days later and then to the wrong location. Then in spite - she said, I cussed her out and had me discharged from ANY CARE... vindictive, evil girl. Knows his stuff very well, treats you with respect but will not be easily fooled.\t\nTreated me with therapy, Neurontin, Paxil and Suboxone. I called him on a Friday to make an appointment for the following week. Since Monday was the day after New Year's day he told me to call his receptionist on Tuesday and he would work my son in that Wednesday or Friday. \t\nMy son was leaving for school that weekend. When I called that Tuesday his receptionist said the schedule was full and she had not spoken with Dr, Haas. She said she would call me back once they had spoke. She never did callback. I called her twice. Dr. Haas also said he would help my son find a practitioner in Arkansas. His receptionist said she didn't know about that either but would speak to him and call me back... I came to his office because I had problem with school and friends. He was very mean to me. Made me wait in his waiting room for an hour and then prescribed me medication and I was out of his office in 20 minutes. From there I took his medication and it made me feel even more depressed. He did not care at all about me and I really think something is wrong with him. He should not be a doctor. I finally switched doctors and now I am doing better off the medication he prescribed.
