I recently purchased several racks of pork spareribs on sale, some of which I froze for later use, most for Super Bowl Sunday, Imagine my chagrin when I opened up one of the larger (read that MOST EXPENSIVE) packages of ribs and found a large, heavy piece of bone tucked in under the ribs! I don't have a dog, so the bone is useless to me and should never have been put into the package. It was carefully positioned under the ribs, so this was no mistake. Today is my one year wedding anniversary...As I plan to share in the memory of our bridal celebration with my husband we open our wedding cake to indulge in what was supposed to be a delightfully sinful cheesecake from a supposedly remarkable vendor known for their "cheesecake"...BUT instead I am reminded of the disaster from our wedding day. Not only did they incorrectly decorate the wedding cake but had little sympathy for me when i informed them of thier error, but they also gave us a carrot cake topper instead of a cheescake topper to TOP IT OFF.
