I was in this Casselberry store on October 18th when I reached for a jar in the grocery aisle and found my finger had been cut on what was a broken container on their shelf. Not a little scratch but a major gouge! I contacted Ms. May at their legal department and was offered a $50 store credit! Didn't matter that this cut was so severe that more than 3 months later and it's still not healed fully. Then to top it off she stated how "their picture" of the case containing the broken item didn't show anything broken. lol, I'm sure "their picture" didn't show all my blood that oozed all over that particular case but according to the store clerk "there was so much blood they had to remove their entire case" and not just the one item. Then Stuart the store manager, said it was the 2nd if not 3rd accident that week at this store. My thought is for safety reasons you may not want to bring your child into this store.
