SELLS FURNITURE THAT THEY SAY ARE CLOSEOUTS BUT IN REALITY THE FURNITURE IS USED! BOUGHT "LEATHER" SECTIONAL FOR VACATION HOME IN 2010. WAS TOLD IT WAS LEATHER, NOT BONDED LEATHER. THE SECTIONAL IS NEITHER...IN HINDSIGHT IT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE VINYL SECTIONAL!!! IT IS NOW A SHREDDED MESS AFTER VERY LIMITED USE. STORE OWNER WANTED TO GIVE A REFUND TOWARD ANOTHER SECTIONAL! These people were really nice and I liked them very much at first. They were always polite but did not want to follow up on things that weren't right because I was too picky. After spending two and a half grand I think as long as I am nice and reasonable that should be ok. I had two plantation shutters installed as doors to make an apartment for my Mother and one of them I couldn't use at all because it scrapped the floor. After two months of being told they were too busy to do it right now Mom ended up in assisted living so it no longer needed to be done. Now they won't come out to shorten two valances without a charge either. It has been less than a year. I suspect I was told there would be a charge so they wouldn't have to come at all. I was told I could do it myself with a scissors. I am not going to do that as I am too worried about ruining the valances. I hate living with them being too long. They were in Mom's side of the house so I never really paid attention to them until she moved out. Guess I'm stuck with it. Can't afford to pay them almost $100.00 for a five minute job, that is if they are not too busy. Bottom line, nice people, good job, but do not hire them if you are picky at all even if you are nice about it or want something fixed after the job is done. ...read more
