Within the past week I got an envelope that had been opened, a gift card stolen out of it, resealed with tape, and a note saying in bad condition. The envelope went from the TIA Airport to Brooksville Aviation Loop. Somewhere along the line my giftcard was stolen. I tried calling and nobody answered for over an hour. Finally, someone answered just to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I got angry and hung up after 10 minutes. Then I went to the post office to report this and to mail an item at 3:58 I walked in the door. The doors were already locked and I was not allowed in to mail my item.
