TV was supposed to be repaired in 3 days, we are now going on two weeks, still no TV or no call. When you call no one picks up or returns your call. I am reported them to the BBB, Ripoff Report and the Attorney General's office. I have also already contacted my lawyer just in case they fail to repair or return my TV. I paid them $65 just to come to my house and diagnose. I should have listened to the other reviews. I took my TV in for repair and had to pay $40 up front for them to look at it. I have called and called (at least 30 times) to try to get updates and they never answer their phone. Minuteman TV is a scam, do not take your TV there. ...read more
