They were contracted out through my home warranty, so it wasn't my choice to use them. Their repair analysis wasn't covered by the home warranty but the technician told me the repair was an easy fix. After finding out the repair wasn't covered, I called them back to make the repair since they told me is was an easy inexpensive fix, when they gave the the quote it came back to $275 to replace a coupler. Needless to say I did not use them, I bought the coupler online for $4 from amazon and installed it myself in 10 minutes. What a scam, stay away! ...read more
