I just purchased my third Honda from Hendrick, this time transitioning from Accord to CR-V. Pernell followed up with a timely call and I told him exactly what I wanted. I pulled up to Hendrick after 6 hours of car shopping in blistering Florida heat . Matt greeted me with a smile and when I asked “do you have cold drinks?” He laughed and said yes come on in. He genuinely listened (a far cry from another dealership that day) and was a star from start to finish. Down to earth, real, and friendly, he made sure as a first time car buyer that I understood both the terms and the vehicle.
