very nice lady when u speak to her, but she is not organized, she promise to call back when the class begins and she dont call u back, and if she has nothing to tell u , she dont answer her phone, but if u let another student call for a programme , she pick up, cause she think its a new business, only if u know her well, u can deal with her, she is very un-professional, and act like she take people for ediots who calls the school, seems if u act too professional , she dont like to deal with u ...read more

Ralph Robbins is one of the nicest, caring person who is genuine and knows exactly how to help people in need of Medicaid and Veterans assistance for Aid and Attendance. He works with the Lisa Gibbs foundation and well known advocate to help people in getting help for their loved ones especially with Alzheimer's patience.. I have known Ralph for 2 years now and every single time I needed to ask him a question he was always there to answer them, sometimes you need to wait for a call back but he always calls back his clients. He is a man who loves what he does and that is to help people who need help for their loved ones.I would like to thank you personally Ralph in the time, the patience you have given me, walking me through step by step and always checking in with me and asking how I am doing as a caregiver to my dad who has Alzheimer's and who is a WWII vet. I have had an excellent experience with this place. The Exec.Dir. has a very warm personality and will do her best to accomodate the students.They are driven to make sure students not only learn course of study well but they will make sure they pass any state tests due to constant practice!
