Problem: Broken sprinkler line on the side of the house. They provided the correct diagnosis, but fixed the wrong pipe! They sabotaged a pipe that wasn't event the sprinkler line to convince my family that they had solved the problem. Luckily our landscaper fixed the leak 2 days later. They charged $280 for a repair that was fixed later for only $70! Stay away from Roto Rooter, these plumbers will not hesitate to scam you! Find a small local company that is more trustworthy!
