How do I reduce pimples?
Keep your hands and hair off your face. When brushing your hair, brush it so it won't drop sediments onto your skin. Wash your hands and fingernails well before cleansing or applying skin care products. Use high quality skin care products that don't contain anything that could clog your pores, nor any preservatives or carcinogens. Use mineral make-up. Reduce fatty and sugary foods from your diet. Fried foods = breakouts. Reduce or eliminate soft drinks. Wash with a skin cleanser not soap. It exacerbates oil production. For breakouts, use a drop of therapeutic grade essential oil lavender to kill the bacteria. If you have deep, hard clogged cysts, taking antioxidents may help.
