We had our car towed to Firestone and when the driver went to take it off of the flatbed, he hit a tree with our car. He tried to hide it by moving our vehicle to another parking spot, but luckily some Firestone customers saw what happened. Thankfully, they went to tell the Firestone manager who asked him about it. The driver lied and said exactly "Oh. Don't worry about it, thats my sisters car". The Firestone manager who I just spoke with to tell him my car was being dropped off, immediately called me and asked me if I was related to the driver. This is just unbelievable. I then called the the tow truck company and a women answered who is the owner and said well how do I know that we did the damage. Which I replied because we have many witnesses. I have never came across a business that fabricates ridiculious stories and owners who are extremely rude when they are in the wrong! Beware of Webb's Towing in Auburndale. ...read more
