News from Center Academy in Altamonte Springs

We recently held a debate and mock election, with students taking the roles of the leading presidential candidates.  We finished a great flag football season. We are busy working on our yearbook.  We have many fun activities coming up this spring: We are playing soccer with two other schools on Wednesday afternoons.  We will walk/run laps at Crane's Roost Lake to raise awareness of the importance of exercise in staying healthy.  Our juniors and seniors will tour the new Altamonte Springs campus of Seminole Community College.  We will host several guest speakers who will share information about their careers for our community awareness program.  ...read more
