I experienced a water outage on 4-14-2013 at 10:30 am and reported it. I received a call back from a technician on call who was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. He basically said it wasn't his problem and that I should call a plumber. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to because he wasn't being any help. He said that since he hadn't heard from anyone else yet that it would be a waste of his time to do anything. I have never been treated so badly by any customer service situation in my entire life.
