For years I suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain. I've had one whiplash injury from an automobile accident, one back and neck sports injury and a neck and spinal cord injury from a ski accident. I have also always carried my stress in my neck and shoulders and walked around daily holding all my muscles really tight. After healing from my injuries, I just went about my days normally, but didn't do anything about the pain, muscle spasms and stress. Eventually it got so bad that I had to do something about it.

Dr. John is wonderful! I don't hold my muscles tight anymore. I have so much more energy. The pain is now completely gone! I have absolutely no more muscle spasms. And overall I feel great! Thank you so much Dr. John!
