Precision Concrete Cutters, Inc. was started in 1992 by Dale Kringlie and Terry Leabo. Dale and Terry were independent contractors who saw the need for a company that focused on the installation of egress windows. The goal was to provide customers a turnkey service to eliminate the need to coordinate several contractors for a single job. For more than 20 years, Precision Concrete Cutters, of Fargo, ND, has been shoring up the very foundation of North Dakota homes: bracing to stabilize, implementing waterproofing systems, filling cracks, installing sump pumps and basement fire escape windows.
