The man was very polite, early. He was friendly but not overly friendly, it was a comfortable situation. My husband heard your ad on the radio and liked your guarantee. Clean and refreshed. I didn't think it would come so clean. Before it was filthy. I take care of my grandson during the day and his sippy cup drips everywhere. I was shocked at how clean it was. The technician was polite and friendly but business like. He explained why some spots wouldn't come out and told me how to dry it faster.

Beyond my expectations.
Great company, fair prices, great service. David and Hose were excellent. They were very professional, and did a tremendous job. They went beyond my expectations. They prepared our stairs so we don't notice how bad they were. We are so happy with them!

Attention to detail is impressive.
You really know what you are doing and you actually take pride in a job well done - rare these days. I like it that Mike explained in detail about a door rug I had used, left marks because of interaction between the rubber backing and my carpet. I did NOT know how risky throw rugs can be. Really clean carpets with no gimmicks. I appreciate I was called to confirm and then again before the workmen arrived. Again, this attention to detail is impressive.
