My name is David Smart and I am the President/CEO for Eaton Senior Programs. We are a non profit organization that has been providing high quality care and services to low income seniors for almost 30 years. We do our best to hire admirable, hardworking, dedicated professionals to serve our residents. As you can see from the "anonymous" review posted here we don't always get that right. The other review posted here is from a disgruntled former employee who was terminated for poor performance and lack of teamwork. I believe we made the right decision. We can't control what is written on the web. However, I can assure anyone wishing to move to Eaton Terrace that they will be treated with the utmost respect from a sincere and caring staff. Our reputation speaks for itself.
